Hooping in India – by Paola Berton

Backspin Into One-Leg Hooping

This awesome hoop dance tutorial by Nicole of Cherry Hoops teaches us how to do the Backspin or ‘Walk the dog’ into one-leg hooping. Both of these tricks look beautiful together. It takes a while to master placing your foot in the right side ‘inside’  the hoop once it rolls to your legs but patience and practice will have you nailing this one!
