Chocolate Shake
3 Eggs
2 tbsp raw cacao or cocoa powder
¼ avocado
½ cup coconut cream or milk (NOT yoghurt)
5 drops liquid stevia (optional: 1 tbsp nut butter and pinch salt).
For Choc Banana shake, substitute 1 banana for the avocado.
Throw all of these amazingly healthy ingredients into the blender and there you have a super tasty healthy chocolate smoothie.
