Chi Coconut Smoothie

Chi Coconut Shake or smoothie – This is a water based smoothie for hydration, which is essential when you’re spending almost all of your time hoop dancing 😉


250ml Chi Coconut water

1/2 small banana

1 tablespoon goji berries


Blend in a high speed blender and Voiala a yumma smoothie to start the day! Water is the base and keeps you full and hydrated.
